Valley

Valley: Echoes of Time and Tradition
Client: Anonymous

Valley is a two-piece release that reconnects composer Andoreni Erazo with his musical and spiritual roots. Each piece offers a distinct voice, yet both are bound by a shared reverence for memory, change, and the passage of time.

The first track is an original classical guitar duet, intimate and nostalgic. Inspired by a photograph of an old shack in Eastern Asturias, a mystical region in northern Spain steeped in tradition, the piece is a musical homage to those who came before: the lives, stories, and moments that linger in forgotten places.

The second track expands the sonic palette with a string quartet, echoing the aesthetic of the Renaissance. It speaks to the inevitability of change, whether welcomed or not, it remains the only constant in life. With its evolving harmonies and temporal mood shifts, the piece reflects on how time reshapes all things.

Valley is a meditation on impermanence and legacy, inviting listeners to walk through landscapes both physical and emotional, where the old gives way to the new, and meaning is found in the space between.
